This crazy little world of waste.

In the U.S. alone we toss over $7B worth of recyclable materials into landfills each year. That's a lot of money and resources that could do a lot of good for our cities and neighborhoods. So why are we throwing these resources away?

Well, recycling rules vary from city to city. And local information can be tricky to find. Plus, things change as new technologies allow more materials to be recycled. We're all for that (two hands in the air!) but who can keep up?
